Trumpcare premiums would reportedly be more than 750% higher for some low income, older Americans than under Obamacare says Congressional Budget Office. “Under Obamacare, (a 64 year-old making $26,500 a year) would… pay $1,700 in (annual) premiums for insurance. But under the Republican bill, he would pay $14,600 — more than half his annual income.”   Republican AHCA would also “…slash $880 billion in federal funds from Medicaid in the next 10 years”, reportedly breaking a Trump pledge to avoid cuts to the program.

Travel ban is still a Muslim ban say critics. “The new order continues to target predominantly Muslim countries, and the government has done little to refute the obvious inference that Trump is naming these countries as a way to keep out Muslims.”

“Coalition” supporting Trumpcare proposal appears to have been slapped together after the fact, “senior advisor” is reportedly a former health insurance lobbyist. “The organization has not released a membership list, conceals its website registration using an anonymous proxy site, and its foundation documents were registered last Tuesday, within 24 hours of the public release of the GOP health plan.”

Republicans reportedly introduce bills in House and Senate that would allow internet companies to sell their customers’ browsing history. “Internet service providers already store their customers’ browsing history, and they’ve lobbied Congress for years for the ability to sell that highly valuable data.”

Steve Bannon was reportedly a liberal in college. “Old friends, acquaintances, and roommates who spoke to The Daily Beast described Bannon in his Virginia Tech undergraduate days as a “Jerry Brown liberal” who was a devotee of rock artists and jam-bands such as the Grateful Dead and Bruce Springsteen.”
