Arkansas “lethal injection” executions do not apparently go smoothly, executioners reportedly took 45 minutes to locate a vein in one prisoner’s neck. “Williams’s execution was started with the injection of midazolam, according to media witnesses, at 10.16pm. After that he was seen to take many heavy breaths.
